Genesis is here to support our owners in their time of need.* If you reside in select areas of Florida, and a Genesis vehicle you purchased or leased within the past 3 years was damaged by Hurricane Ian, we will cover your insurance deductible up to $500. In select regions, towing and roadside assistance may also be available. Finally, Genesis Finance (GF) may be able to provide financial hardship support options to affected, current customers, who can contact GF at (844) 363-7477.

Whether you are new to Genesis or a loyal owner, we want to help if your vehicle was damaged* by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. Take advantage of $2,000 off any new 2022 or 2023 Genesis; and if you are a qualified Genesis Finance customer, defer your payments for 90 days.

HUMANITARIAN AID

Rebuilding starts with community. That is why Hyundai Motor Group teamed up with the American Red Cross to donate $1 Million for relief efforts. Additionally, for every new Genesis sold in October, a $50 donation will be made towards disaster relief.

In these uncertain times, we want you to rest easy knowing you can stay home if your vehicle needs servicing. With complimentary Genesis Service Valet,* through your participating retailer, we send a team member to pick up and drop off your Genesis vehicle for service while leaving you a courtesy replacement, ensuring an effortless and safe experience. In addition to all Genesis employees wearing fresh gloves whenever interacting with your car, all vehicles valeted will be protected by plastic seat covers, paper floor mats and plastic steering wheel covers to maintain sanitary conditions in your Genesis.
